How we handle a report

We check the figure against the original source. If the site is wrong, we correct it and record the change here.

If the original source has been revised, we update the page and note the revision rather than treating it as our error.

What gets recorded

Any change to a published figure, date, assumption or conclusion that could have affected a reader's decision is listed below with the date and a short description.

Typographical fixes and wording changes that do not alter meaning are not listed.
