Live incidents come from National Grid Electricity Distribution's open data, which covers the Midlands, South West and South Wales. Other operators don't offer a public feed we can use, so we link to their own trackers. A listing for your postcode, or your postcode sector, doesn't confirm that your home is affected, and no listing doesn't guarantee your supply.
Some homes on new developments are connected through an independent network operator. Your supplier or 105 can tell you if that applies.
