How to read these figures
National Gas Transmission publishes its latest NTS supply, demand and entry-point flows in mcm/day. Actual linepack is the volume of gas contained within the National Transmission System and is shown in million cubic metres (mcm). These units come from the official National Gas Transmission documentation for this dataset, not from the REST payload, which publishes no unit field.
Linepack is the amount of gas currently contained within the National Transmission System pipelines. It is not gas storage.
