How much charger power do you need?
Most UK homes have a normal single-phase supply, which gives up to about 7.4kW. That fills most cars overnight. 11kW and 22kW chargers need a three-phase supply and a car that accepts that rate; otherwise they charge no faster. The car or the supply, whichever is lower, sets the speed.
